Medicare Part D Extra Help — Low-Income Subsidy
- You may be eligible for the Extra Help Program provided by the Social Security Administration
- The Low-Income Subsidy (LIS) program provides financial assistance for patients who may otherwise be unable to afford the costs associated with their Medicare Part D plan
- Eligible patients may be able to access brand-name drugs for less than $10 per month
State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs)
A state program that gets money from the federal government to give free local health insurance counseling to people with Medicare.

Paying for ERLEADA®
Your Care Navigator can help you identify potential ways to afford your medication. We provide you with savings options, can sign you up for the Janssen savings programs and, for Medicare Part D patients, we’ll check to see if you’re eligible for the Extra Help program and guide you through the application process.
Learning about your treatment
Your Care Navigator will support and guide you as you start and continue treatment by providing ongoing education about ERLEADA®.
Staying supported the whole way
While you’re on ERLEADA®, you’ll work with your Care Navigator to discover tips, strategies, and resources for caring for yourself during treatment, help set goals for living with cancer, and connect with advocacy groups and a wider community of support.

ZERO360: Comprehensive Patient Support
A free, comprehensive patient support service to help prostate cancer patients and their families. They can help you understand your coverage options, find sources of financial aid, or resolve issues with your insurance company. They have a team of experienced case managers who are ready to help you and your family through your personal prostate cancer journey.
State Pharmaceutical Assistance Programs (SPAPs)
These programs may be able to help pay premiums and/or drug costs for eligible medical conditions.
Other Resources
The Johnson & Johnson Patient Assistance Foundation, Inc. (JJPAF) is an independent, nonprofit organization. JJPAF gives eligible patients free prescription medicines donated by Johnson & Johnson companies. You may be eligible if you don’t have insurance, if your medicine is not covered by insurance, or if you have Medicare coverage and can’t pay for your medicine.
